BEEFERONI FRIDAY RSVP

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING THE RESERVATION BELOW!

With this ticket, your child will receive BEEFERONI on the NEXT FRIDAY! Not this upcoming Friday, BUT THE NEXT FRIDAY. This meal is catered and must be reserved a week in advance.

One ticket per child. Each child must have their own ticket.

We recommend having your RSVP for the upcoming Monday completed by 1PM on Friday.

We will pre-order Beeferoni through our school catering program for lunch on Fridays.

The cost for lunch is $10.00.

Lunch will be served during your child’s normal lunch time.

I will bring $10 in cash on Friday as a one-time payment. ( I will sign my child up for Beefaroni only on the days when I would like them to participate.)

I agree to have a one-time $10 Beefaroni fee added to my next tuition bill. (I will sign my child up for Beefaroni only on the days when I would like them to participate.)

I want my child signed up for Beefaroni for the entire school year, with the Beefaroni fee billed monthly with my tuition.

PLEASE READ: If you are signing your child up for Beefaroni one time, you must submit a new sign-up form each time. The form must be submitted by Wednesday prior to the upcoming Beefaroni Friday. Same-day Beefaroni requests will be subject to a $5 late fee.

If you are signing your child up for Beefaroni for the entire school year, you will be billed monthly with your tuition for each Beefaroni Friday. You will not be charged for weeks when Beefaroni is not offered.
