Program Hours

Monday - Friday

> Standard:

9:00 am - 3:00 pm

> Extra Care (additional fees):

8:00 am – 9:00 am

3:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Any extra care usage is billed at the end

of two weeks, and due the following

week, or the student will not be allowed

to attend the Extra Care Program.

Registration Fee

$185.00 per child (Non-refundable)

COVERS EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, ARTS, CRAFTS, STEAM ACTIVITIES AND MORE...

5 DAY PROGRAM Monday-Friday

$1815 Paid in Full Discount

Sibling/Military/Enon Church Members $285 Weekly or $1635 Paid in Full Discount

3 DAY PROGRAM Mon., Weds., Fri.

$265 Weekly or

$1500 Paid in Full Discount

Sibling/Military/Enon Church Members $235 Weekly or $1320 Paid In Full Discount

If paying for summer in full, payment is due prior to the start of the program.

If paying bi-weekly, payment is due by the start of the first week in attendance.

If payment is not made by the start of the next bi-weekly session, the student will not be permitted to attend until the bill becomes current.

If your child is picked up late (5:31pm or later) there will be a charge of $5.00 per minute per child.

Payments can be paid with cash, check, money orders or card in office.

Non-payment will result in forfeiture of a childs spot in the program.

Student Requirements & Guidelines

Clothing & Footwear

Tennis shoes or sneakers are required.
Flip flops are NOT allowed.

Daily Essentials

An average-sized backpack
A bagged lunch each day
- Missing lunch will result in a $10 fee.
- We are not able to heat or refrigerate lunches
A reusable water bottle

Items Not Allowed

Do not bring items from home such as:

Cell phones
iPads
Computers
Toys
Books

We are not responsible for lost or damaged valuables.

After Care Needs

If your child is staying for after care:

A fitted cot sheet and blanket are required
- If not provided, you will be charged:
  - $12 for a blanket
  - $10 for a sheet
    - The items are then yours to keep.
A small pillow may also be brought

If your child does not rest/nap during rest time, they may have to leave the program at 1:00pm.

Labeling

All belongings must be labeled with your child’s name.
