CHICK-FIL-A WEDNESDAY RSVP

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING THE RESERVATION BELOW!

With this ticket, your child will receive Chick-Fil-A on the upcoming Wednesday!

One ticket per child. Each child must have their own ticket.

We recommend having your RSVP for the upcoming Wednesday completed by 1PM on Monday prior to secure reservation.

We will pre-order Lunch from Chick-Fil-A through their school catering program for lunch on Wednesdays.

We will serve the child a Chicken Nuggets (5) meal with applesauce, Fruit Snacks and Capri Sun

The cost for lunch is $10.00. 

​​

Lunch will be served during your child’s normal lunch time. 

​
