We will pre-order Pizza from Pizza Bolis through their school catering program for lunch on Mondays. You will have to fill out this order form and return it to the school no later than the Friday prior. You will be billed on your next month’s tuition statement. 

The pizza is cheese only. 

We will serve the child a juice box/pouch and fruit snacks, along with one slice of cheese pizza. 

The cost for lunch is $9.00. 

Extra slices of pizza are $2.00 each.

Lunch will be served during your child’s normal lunch time.
